Mending Hearts Charities, Inc. is a non profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to low income families and disabled individuals in Sanford and Holden Heights.
Mending Hearts’ focus is on building meaningful relationships that ensure a quality neighborhood environment, economic growth, and healthy, stable families. In addition, Mending Hearts provides basic, affordable housing to the residents of Holden Heights and facilitates programs that make the community a better place to live.
